The COVID-19 crisis has resulted in widespread concerns amongst businesses, clients, consumers and communities worldwide, and is expected to have a significant impact on the global economy. Businesses worldwide have dealt with this unprecedented situation by helping their workforce to work from home (WFH)/work remotely and revamping their business continuity plans, among other steps. Many of these measures are not only point-in-time to deal with the current crisis but also expected to continue in the post-COVID-19 future.

• Given the current circumstances, all workshops, meetings, and sessions will be conducted remotely, over the internet.
• The mechanisms used to conduct project activities (e.g., workshops vs. questionnaires) will be decided by our team (in coordination with your team) based on your organisation’s context (i.e., preferred approach, teams’ availability, etc.).
• You will provide any requested information and feedback within 5 working days of receiving the request; for approvals, not receiving any feedback within 5 working days will be considered approved.
• You will ensure relevant team members attend all meetings and workshops as planned.
• The media for all deliverables will Microsoft Office documents.
